1. Agreement & Scope of Work

These Terms and Conditions govern all estimates, proposals, design audits, and contracted installations provided by White Glove Home Improvement LLC ("White GloveX").

All architectural roofing, photovoltaic solar, energy storage, Level-2 EV charger, and tree mitigation projects require an executed written Master Service Agreement ("Contract") specifying detailed scope, materials, schedule, and pricing. Preliminary digital estimates, satellite solar simulations, and website proposals are informational engineering calculations until formalized by an on-site structural audit.

2. Licensing, Permitting & Code Compliance

White GloveX executes all projects under valid state and municipal credentials:

• State of Illinois Roofing Contractor: License #104.018274 (Unlimited Residential & Commercial).
• City of Chicago Electrical Contractor: Master Electrician License #ECC94285.
• Comprehensive General Liability & Workers' Compensation: Fully bonded and insured for residential and commercial multi-million dollar projects.

White GloveX pulls all necessary municipal building, electrical, and zoning permits. Work is performed in strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC), International Building Code (IBC), and local township building codes.

3. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide industry-leading warranty protections across all primary service categories:

• Solar Power Production Warranty: 25-Year linear performance guarantee ensuring panels produce at least 85% of rated power at Year 25, paired with 25-year microinverter product coverage.
• Architectural Shingle Roofing: Up to 50-Year non-prorated manufacturer warranty on premium shingles (GAF Timberline HDZ / Owens Corning Duration) with 130 MPH wind resistance.
• Commercial Flat Roofing: 20, 25, or 30-Year No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) manufacturer warranties on heat-welded TPO and silicone elastomeric roof systems.
• Workmanship Guarantee: 10-Year White GloveX labor warranty covering roof penetrations, flashing, racking watertight integrity, and electrical terminations.

4. Payments, Incentives & Interconnection

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements (typically: deposit upon contract signing, progress payment upon material delivery/permit issuance, and final balance upon municipal inspection sign-off and ComEd interconnection).

For solar projects utilizing the Illinois Shines Program (Adjustable Block Program), White GloveX files all necessary SREC documentation as an Approved Vendor. State SREC incentive disbursements are subject to Illinois Power Agency programmatic review and approval timelines.

5. Storm Damage & Insurance Claims

In accordance with Illinois law (including the Home Repair and Remodeling Act):

• White GloveX acts as your general contractor and restoration specialist, documenting wind and hail damage with digital drone forensic inspections.
• Clients remain solely responsible for statutory insurance deductibles mandated by their policy terms. White GloveX does not offer unlawful deductible rebates or waivers.
• If an insurance carrier denies a claim in full, the property owner is not obligated to proceed with full replacement costs without a mutually approved revision.

6. Referral Program Terms

Cash referral bonuses ($500 for Solar, $300 for Roofing, $150 for EV Charger, $100 for Tree Mitigation) are earned once the referred party executes a binding Contract, passes the right of rescission period, and project permits are pulled or materials delivered. Bonuses are paid via Zelle, ACH, or check within 5 business days of qualification. Self-referrals on already contracted properties do not qualify.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, contracts, and dispute resolutions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal proceeding shall take place exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Cook County or DuPage County, Illinois.
